Policies, Terms and Conditions

All Villas are strictly non-smoking.
Only in-house guests are permitted on the property. 
No parties are allowed in the villas. 
Strictly no pets on the property.
Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition and extra charges will apply for any excess cleaning. 
Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 11am.

Booking Policy:
Each Villa accommodates a maximum of 2 guests only.
Reservations are to be made in the cardholders name and this card is to be presented by the cardholder at check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard & AMEX

Check-in Policy:
Please phone us on 0409 584 901 the day prior to arrival for key collection details.

Child Policy:
Seascape Retreat is for adults only. 
Under certain circumstances children may be accommodated but only by prior request.

Deposit Policy:
For reservations more than 30 days prior to arrival date, a 25% deposit will be charged to guarantee your booking. The balance of the grand total will be charged to your nominated credit card 30 days prior to your arrival date.

No-show Policy:
100% of the booking fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified more than 14 days prior to check-in date, no fee will be charged. There will be no refunds for bookings cancelled or modified within 14 days of check-in date. Travel Insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
